This position will follow established policies and procedures to open accounts for personal and business customers. Performs a broad variety of customer service and sales activities that promote long-term customer relationships. Assist customers with account problems and questions. Secure and strengthen customer relationships on an ongoing basis through follow-up calls, customer profiling activities, and review of customer needs. Responsible for closing deposit accounts as needed. Prefer 6 months to one year previous banking experience.
